Assetlo is committed to delivering exceptional value to every client. We understand that circumstances can change, and we have established this Refund Policy to ensure clarity and fairness in all financial matters. This policy applies to all subscription plans and services offered by Assetlo.
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months.
Annual subscriptions cancelled within the first 14 days of the subscription term are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations after 14 days but within the first 30 days may be eligible for a prorated refund at Assetlo's discretion. After 30 days, annual subscription fees are non-refundable.
Refund terms for Enterprise Partnership Agreements are governed by the individual contract terms negotiated between Assetlo and the client. Please refer to your Enterprise Service Agreement for specific refund provisions.
Professional services fees, implementation fees, and onboarding program fees are non-refundable once the services have commenced. If Assetlo fails to deliver agreed onboarding milestones, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
If the Assetlo platform experiences significant downtime or service failures that materially impact your use of the Service, you may be eligible for service credits as outlined in your applicable Service Level Agreement (SLA). Service credits do not constitute a cash refund but apply against future subscription fees.

We will review your request within 5 business days and respond with our determination. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in account suspension and additional processing fees. We are committed to resolving all billing disputes fairly and promptly.
